I installed SharePoint Service 3.0 on a Windows Server 2003 server. I was not happy with the default Sharepoint 3.0 database residing on the the C:\(OS) drive so I moved it to the D:\(DATA) drive. I had some difficulty with the database moving procedure but it seems that I moved the database and log files correctly. Since then Windows Server 2003 Event View is getting hit every few seconds with the following Informational messages. They add up into the thousands after a couple of days and I was hoping to understand what is triggering them and what I might be able to do to reduce or eliminate them.

Thank you very much for providing me with the link. That seemed to have taken care of the event log issue.
