I am unable to add components and/or data flow tasks into my SSIS Toolbox in SSDT 2015, like I used to be able to.
Has anyone run into this before and how did they resolve it?

Does the top of the window only display Toolbox (and not SSIS toolbox) or is it the SSIS toolbox that has no controls?
If it just says Toolbox that is likely just a visibility issue with the SSIS toolbox. On the far left, by default there are tabs for Server toolbox and another that says toolbox. Click on the one that says toolbox (and might have to click more than once). That toggles the visibility of the SSIS Toolbox

Are you saying that the data flow component is missing from your SSIS Toolbox window? You could try right-clicking and selecting 'Restore Toolbox Defaults'.
If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.
