SQL 2008 R2 Log Shipping Monitor reports

    Hi,

    I have a prod server, primary (A) shipping logs to a secondary DR server (B). Everything is working as it should and I have setup B as the monitor server also. I was looking at the reports ("Transaction Log Shipping Status") on both A & B servers and server A only gives Backup Log info and server B only provides Copy and Restore info which kinda makes sense but I was expecting the monitor server report to provide ALL the details on one report. Am I missing something?

    No, you're not missing anything. Sadly the log shipping report only gives you information for the primary or secondary. You're best bet is going to be a roll your own report scenario where you grab the dataset from each into SSRS (or reporting method of your choosing).
