  I have a report that returns employees who have not completed their evaluations. Management would like to be able to run this report and then pick and choose individuals from the report to email about the incomplete evaluation. Management would like to be able to email the individuals in the report without leaving Report Manager. This report was created with Report Builder 1.0. Reporting Services is 2005 SP3. We are not using SharePoint integration, but that is because it was not setup. We do utilize SharePoint for our company portal.

  Maybe you can add a navigation to a URL, then use the mailto:

  for example, mailto:someaddress@company.com. This will allow you to use your local email client to send an email to that person.
