Although I agree the wording/typos in this question had me a bit confused at first, this was a great question.

The best questions IMHO are those that make me want to do more research on the background and broader issues involved in the answer. The answer makes sense to me, but the explanation link makes me want to investigate a lot more. I have the feeling that there is a gap in my knowledge in this area and I will be spending time trying to close that gap.
