You were spot on! about the annonymous authent settings, however even after unchecking that it still does not load with all tabs :crazy:.

I deleted all cookies, temp internet files , cleared the cache ---then unchecked the box again..logged out and logged back in as the local admin. It still loaded with the home page with the same almost blank homepage!
