  Can Any one tell me how we can enable Alerts in Sql 2005 ?

  when any changes are done on one of the table in database

  Post this in the Sql server 2005 for better responses.You posted this in sql server 7, 2000.

  For the alerts u mentioned will have to create SP (stored procedures)
