Difference between Stuff and Partial update clause write

    Hi,

    Can any body tell me the main difference between the partial update clause WRITE and the STUFF() function.

    Yes... one works on the TEXT datatype and the other doesn't. Please refer to Books Online for details.... Books Online comes free with SQL Server.
