I have just looked at that application the US government will not even issue trade mark for crap people like me can create in our sleep with most RDBMS...I would not be so sure about that. 🙂
They issued a patent to Microsoft for the Cascading Style Sheets.
I am hopeful the US government just rejected Dell application to trade mark Cloud as in Cloud computiing.
