its been a long time and I don't have a script, but your problem might be that before being able to restore you need to ensure the device layout the database sits on in the new instance is identical to the layout where the database came from.

After that the restore command is basically the same as it is now except you will be restoring from a device rather than a file, but the gui should handle that for you.
