  Im having a problem on displaying the Monthly report (12 month) using sql server 2000. On the sql server 2005 I can user the CTE with pivot table and is easy but in tsql I dont have that Option.

  I want to display Total monthly sales by clients + on column Average , Yearly total and the last three month average.
