Right-click your "Execute SQL Task". In the "Execute SQL Task Editor", go to Parameter Mapping. Add a parameter as follows:

Variable Name - User::varTLogFileName

Direction - Input

Data Type - String

Parameter Name - @FileName

Parameter Size: -1
