FYI, this script was created for determining if client upload data was populating the ip address column with the internal network or the public ip address. Internal addresses in the private addressing range require additional information for determining the source of the network request. A host name and an internal ip only distinguish the source from an internal network. A domain name or external ip or traceroute would be needed for those records with only the internal ip info.
