Humm, I am running into the same problem except I am not allowed to set the ansi warnings off... I am hitting a linked table and i dont think this is allowed:

Heterogeneous queries require the ANSI_NULLS and ANSI_WARNINGS options to be set for the connection. This ensures consistent query semantics. Enable these options and then reissue your query.
