Excellent article!  I often wonder how/if Microsoft employees go through the certification process (MCSE, MSDBA etc..) being that they are working on the tools themselves.  This guy definately has a bright future.  After all, who wouldn't want to hire someone who helped to develop the tools that your IT department needs to do their jobs?
