Over on the upper left of the screen is a link that says "Stairways" click on that. There are a bunch of excellent tutorials that'll help you out. After that, I always recommend that everyone who has to deal with T-SQL have a copy of Itzik Ben-Gan's book, T-SQL Querying. Beyond that, we'd have to get into specifics.
