Pluralsight is Amazing

  • Yes, it's great in every way from my perspective. I like the idea of trying to get just a little bit in every week, I should be able to manage that.

  • I like the courses, it's just hard to find time to watch consistently.

  • Our organization has purchased licenses for a number of use to be able to go out to pluralsight and go through the courses.  I was hoping to be able to get back into programming (I did a lot of programming a number of years ago).  Along with pluralsight, they have a link to code school which has exercises at the end of each chapter.

That's what I've been doing, adding in a bit of programming here and there.

  • Pluralsight is so good even Microsoft has decide to include a trial subscription with their MSDN subscriptions.
I myself signed up for a year and took many courses (60 or so) on a wide variety of things, 90% of them I found to be quite good.
Many of them proved to be very informative, I don't remember which ones. But I will use them again. You cannot beat the price for what they have to offer.
Full disclosure: I have NO relationship with Pluralsight or any of their affiliates.
But if you are looking to learn a variety of things look at Khan Academy
