• Sure but why do that when you can download Visual Studio on your machine and open the DTSX package from within a SQL Server project in VS?  After that, just add your DTSX to a new SQL Server project and then you can edit it.

    If you're in a corporate environment, they probably locked down internet on your server to where you can't validate the license of Visual Studio but users' computers usually aren't as limited.  Save you some headaches.....
