Oooo.... I've got an awesome one that automatically adjusts for changes in the spreadsheet with no changes to the code. Have done a presentation on it a couple of times. I'm almost done with one for RAND(X) to add to David Poole's. Trying to get back into writing articles on a bit more regular basis and whether or not anyone picks up on this one, I'll also take this one on.

Shifting gears, I still can't paste in the contribution center. Am I the only one with that problem? If so, any hints on what might be wrong with my machine.
