Has anyone here tried to run a stored proc that returned a result set to the local R environment?

It seems that the sqlQuery parameter of RxSqlServerData can't be things like 'Exec MySPReturnsTable'. When I do, I get mysterious error messages referring to 0 columns.

Suggestions?
