I would start with a google search on the topics of SSAS, SSIS and SSRS. They are the three other services you see, they all do different things which are far to complicated to go into detail on the forum.

You can always use the stairways section on the right also for a good starting point on all of the topics as well.

If the others don't connect then that particular service is either

A. Not installed on the server you have selected

B. You don't have permission to connect to the service on that particular server

C. The service isn't running on the server you have selected.
