You have to run a dtsx package from within Microsoft BIDS, SQL Server, or command prompt (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms138023(v=sql.105).aspx)You probably want to select the option "Run immediately" instead of "Save SSIS Package" tho, so that you don't have to mess with files at all.
