    So, you're employer isn't likely to spring for a trip to Belgium then. Oh well. There's still Connections and PASS Summit.

    Well we do have an open door policy and I can ask my manager anything I want, but sometimes I don't like the way he looks at me when I ask him these kind of questions like "I am thinking of going to Belgium and I need to know if the company will pay for it".:-)

    I think I will try Brent Ozar. He offers courses which mainly focus on Performance.
