  Hi,

  Is there a way in SSRS 2008 to add a value to the footer that will render in the same place across several different reports while exporting to PDF?

  For instance, a 3rd party client uses this ID I have in the footer to extract information from the PDF. BUT....it has to be in the exact same spot across several reports. The exact SAME! In fact, they've provided coordinates where they'd like the value to be.

  Previously, we've "hacked" these special PDF formatting requests by coding the property values directly in the report stored proc. Just wondering there is an easier way???

  I should probably mention that the value in the header is another "hack." It is a data value and is based on the report so it's not like a page number or something.
