In the link provided with the explanation for the "good reply" of the question , I have seen a little add-in from Rick Byham ( who is correcting most of the documentation MSDN about the SQL Server documentation ) added the 2014/05/15 ( I prefer this date format as it is the clearest one ) with just a small line

"Correct is on the way: TF 2312 forces the new CE (version 120) and TF 9481 forces the old CE (version 90) ".

So , which is really the good answer ( it seems that Rick has done this little add-in because of this discussion )?.

NB : when there is a problem in the SQL Server documentation , I send an e-mail to Rick who is correcting the documentation in case of error. A good way to obtain a modification of the SQL Server documentation is to post a question in the SQL Server Documentation MSDN forum
