• Sometimes we forget that... the thing about local speakers, I mean. And it seems that SQL Saturday may have changed quite a bit since Andy originally defined it. It's a great way not only to give local speakers the opportunity to share and show their stuff but it's also become one of the ways to attract heavy hitters from out of the area to some not-so-well-travelled towns and for people like myself that can't always go out of town or suffer the expense to attend one of the larger conferences to see the heavy hitters.
