For all those pondering "the triangle", I previously stated that a lot of managers can't figure out "the straight line", never mind "the triangle". 🙂

To wit, I respectfully submit a video of a "first contact" meeting between some managers of a company with a need, the managers of the selected consulting company, and a Developer that "gets it" but can't overcome insistent managers and changing scope. It even covers "ballooning costs". :hehe: Who amongst you has not been in such a meeting?
