I don't think the triangle can be beaten so easily as some think...

superstar programmers: you either spend thousands recruiting them (not cheap) or you take them off other projects (impacts someone else's 'fast' or maybe even loose money from customers(not cheap either))

code reuse: this can be a major win giving us faster and cheaper implementations of good (already proven) code but can it really be considered fast and cheap when we have already invested x years developing our code base on projects that weren't fast and cheap?
