I'm still struggling with this issue. I have found a number of placing that talk about moving Reporting Services from one computer to another. However, all of these articles talk about making a backup of the encryption key from Reporting Services Configuration Manager and since our server is no longer available there is no way for me to make a backup of the encryption key. I'm not 100% sure that this is my issue.

If this is the issue, I would think that I'd need to somehow either get this key somehow or to remove the encrypted data. Any thoughts on either of these ideas? Or am I heading down the wrong path?:w00t:
