downloads on MSDN are the same as the commercial versions so I would have though this would just need you to update the licence key assuming you aren't using an OEM version at present.

Some however are preregistered.

I'd suggest looking in MyKeys and selecting the version that matches your installed version - language, architecture etc and try applying that key to your installation.
