I have one ssrs report where on the x-axis we have country with state as a bar chart and on y-axis we have population for every state, but we want a line chart also on top of bar chart,but that line chart should come for individual country(means it will cover only the speicific states of the country). for other country, the line chart start from begining. It should not like from first country to last country(in continuation). it should break for individual country and it should cover only the states of one country. Pl advice.

I think I understand what you're doing. It sounds like you're trying to use some kind of grouping on states on the X axis... but the design sounds really odd. It would make sense if the X-axis was a time series or something like that, but as discrete values (Country,State) {(x,1),(x,2),(x,3),(y,1),(y,2)...}.
Makes a LOT more sense as a bar chart. My guess is that you might be able to use a trendline or something similar, but since the groups are discrete, it doesn't really make sense.
