INSERT INTO TableB ...SELECT ...
FROM TableA
WHERE NOT EXISTS (SELECT 1 FROM TableB where <column comparison>)
Sorry to mention that I also have update the record if data from tableA already exists in tableB....
Merge is designed to do exactly that.
