I am using a UNC path, not a mapped drive.
My apologies, I misread the error.
Are you able to physically log in to the SQL Server server using the service account and try to access the file directly in Explorer?
If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.
