If you run the packages in 32-bit mode, does that work?
How did you perform the migration of the packages? Have you tried redeploying them manually? (I'm sure you have.)
If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.
