    Good question.

Does the confict between the normal recommended cluster size for volumes holding filestream containers (64KB) and the size recommended for use when the filestream container is on a compressed volume (4KB) induicate that having filestream data on a compressed volume will cause performance issues? 4KB is a lower cluster size than I've generally used for RAID configurations anyway, frighteningly low.

I haven't heard anything about this. the only performance issues I've seen and read about are when 8/3 names are not disabled.
