easy way to unlock an account without actually knowing the password is to

1) be alerted the the account is locked

2) Take password policy off

3) put password policy on

This does the trick. But be careful with this 🙂 If this is a genuine hack attempt your are just giving the person\application trying to hack into you more attempts.
