Regarding Access: which provider are you using? JET OLEDB or ACE OLEDB? JET is only available in 32-bit, but ACE has also 64-bit providers available.The package was designed on a 32-bit machine - from which the package works - and I'm trying to run it on a 64-bit server with 64-bit SQL. Does this mean I need a 64-bit machine with BIDS installed to edit the package?
Packages are the same regardless of the number of 'bits'. But you can run them in either 32- or 64-bit mode (if your server is 64-bit) - according to requirements.
If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.
