I don't really fit into the environment you've described, Steve, but we do, kind of. We're an IT staff of 2 people, having experienced dwindling budgets and reductions in staff ever since 2008. However, we still only have 1 SQL Server production node, and at least at this point that's sufficient. Still, I completely hear what you're saying about stress and burnout.
