Thanks for your reply,this sounds as the most natural way, but I don't want to change my job at this moment, so this is not an option for me. Or I have to look for a remote position somewhere as a second job ... which I think is impossible for Junior 🙂
If you don't want to change jobs, you'd have to find your challenge in your current job.
