for how many years does you expected calendar cover?
Fiscal Week / Week....please explain the difference
how many weeks do you have in a "Year" and what criteria determines the first week of the year?

I would need any Simple Query for generating 4-4-5 calendar that most of the companies use in USA .. My Company was not using it before and i was trying to implement it by using the date range from year 1990 to 2050

I am not from the USA and not familiar with the 4-4-5 calendar "that most of the companies use in USA".
in my experience the "company calendar" nearly always requires specific coding to meet internal reqs.
Hopefully someone else will be along shortly to help you.
