According to the Microsoft Learning website 70-450 will be retired in January next year, which does give you a bit of time yet. The dilemma would therefore be whether you want to retake that one and do 3 more to get the MCSE, or whether you want to do the straight 2012 exams - 3 for MCSA and 2 more for MCSE. If you're moving to BI though, you may want to get the BI MCSE rather than the data platform one, which changes things again!

However, people I know who have retaken exams have generally passed second time - in large part because they get many of the same questions again and have gone away and worked out what the answers should be. So it may not be bad idea to retake 70-450 as a confidence-booster.
