sys.dm_db_missing_index_details

    Hi

    I ran missing_index_details dmv to find out missing indexes on a db.

    results shows equality column with 2 or 3 column name and inequality column with 1 or 2 column name and include with 2 or 3 column names..

    what to do?

    should i create 2-3 non-clustered indexes or 1 non-clustered index with 4-5 columns and 3 includes

    please suggest its urgent
