Thank you for the reply. I figured out that the 2 reports that were having problems where only managable by people on our old domain...therefore i couldn't see them from the report manager. I had to get on with it locally (on the server where ssrs was installed) with the administrator logon. Then I was able to give myself on the new domain access.
