Can you answer a couple more questions about your set-up:
1) Is the file format the same for all files?
2) Is this a common staging table, or is there one staging table per file to be imported?
If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.
