  • I dindn't get any results on googling. So i guessed there won't be any such set options introduced yet in MS SQL Server.

    Thanks for easy points..

The first and the hardest SQL statement I have wrote- "select * from customers" - and I was happy and felt smart.

Not having yet moved to SQL 2012, I had to wrote my own sp to do this. The new feature will be a real time saver. πŸ˜‰

  • Amusing question :-P.

Timeouts can cause rollback, but rollback pays no attention to them if they happen while it is executing - it just ignores it - because the whole concept of rolling back a rollback is just plain silly.

I thought everybody knew that until I saw 40% wrong answers :w00t: for this question.

  • I knew this had to be a trick question because I couldn't see why MS would add that command. As Tom said, rolling back a rollback is nonsense. Being April Fool's Day helped with my answer decision too. πŸ˜€

  • Yet another humor question that went right over my head. I really should stop answering these before coffee... there go seven whole points! :crying:

    Thanks. Steve!

  • I found this option in SQL 2020 SP4

Actually I think I misread the question (actually I diodn't bother to look at what the command was supposed to mean, and interpreted it as meaning something else - that kind of mistake is even siller than misreading - but it made no real difference.
