Does anyone know how to change the default package setting "ProtectionLevel" so that I do not have to set it to ServerStorage everytime I create a package. Can not seem to find it in the Tools > Options and do not know where else to look.
Don't think you can. But you can create your own templates and use those instead when creating a package. See here for details.
If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.
