No warning of dropping index on saving/ alter view

  Hello,

  Is there any setting that can be enabled so that a warning appears on save or alter of a view to say that the index will be lost? The same happens if a table is modified and a warning appears with ref to the underlying schema bound queries but nothing when modifying views.
