I have a 2008 R2 Standard table that I want to merge into a master copy on another server. The pub copy is a subset of the master. I have other locations that will be publishing to the master. The table is indexed and no two locations should have overlapping indexes. The master will not update the publisher.
I have tried several different approaches , but seem to always run headlong into the system wanting to initialize with a snapshot.
If someone can be of assistance, I would appreciate a step by step, or some gentle nudging. I'm not looking particularly for anyone to do it for me, but sure could use some guidance on what I'm doing wrong. (Or if it can be done at all).
