    Just so you know, many of the Red Gate softwares are licensed per user. This means, as long as it is you using the software, you can install it on more than one machine. Prior to working for Red Gate, I had their stuff installed on three different machines, but they were all mine. I was the only user, so it was perfectly legal.

    I didn't know this... I figured it was per workstation. I have SQL Prompt loaded at work so it would be nice to have it on my personal laptop as well. Cool, I might do this, if you're sure it doesn't validate the RG license.

    I'm absolutely sure. As long as it's a single person using them, you can install Prompt to multiple locations.
