I'm puzzled by this. The Script Component only seems to write to a single file.
Can you tell me the file names of the two files which are generated please? Are they created at the same time?
If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.
